The Antwerp Diamond Bank relies on Steria for its expansion in the Middle & Far East

The Antwerp Diamond Bank provides financial services to the Belgian and international diamond trade and industry. In order to implement their "follow your customer" strategy, regional headquarters were established in Singapore. Now, spanning two hemispheres, Antwerp Diamond Bank relies on an integrated IT solution incorporating state-of-the-art banking applications supported by infrastructure outsourced to Steria's data centres.
For more than 5 years Steria has managed the IT infrastructure of the Antwerp Diamond Bank (ADB). This outsourcing fits entirely in the business IT alignment strategy of the bank and uses the newest concepts of infrastructure consolidation and virtualisation. In order to ensure conformity according to Basel II and CBFA standards, Steria has implemented a Business Continuity and a Disaster Recovery Plan. These outsourcing activities are based on a Service Level Agreement that is fully in line with the expectations of the business users.

Antwerp Diamond Bank recently opened a new branch in Singapore. In accordance with the strategy to offer all IT services from central applications on a central infrastructure which is available 24/7, ADB has outsourced the IT infrastructure for Singapore to Steria. ADB Singapore is connected to Steria's data centres in Belgium for its business critical applications and Steria Singapore hosts and manages the local servers.
