The Schréder Group, an outdoor lighting company with over 40 companies across four continents and 2,000 employees, has decided to centralise their information systems in order to ease inter-company processes and to rationalise IT costs. During 3 years, we will manage this international infrastructure from the client’s data centre. Our services will include the administration of incidents, change, configuration and capacity, as well as Service Level Management. The objective is to progressively migrate the information systems of the different affiliates across Belgium, Germany, Hungary and The Netherlands into one secured centralised computer centre.

We have implemented an all new IT architecture for Valio Vache Bleue, a distributor of cheese and fresh dairy products in Belgium. Valio needed a system that was more powerful, safer and more reliable. We met that need and will now monitor and manage the new system from our Data Centre in Belgium. Along with this 4-year managed services contract, we will also manage the security of Valio’s IT environment and ensure the Application Management of their BAAN software.

In partnership with ComputerCenter, an end-to-end logistics system with SAP at its core was delivered for this client. As a result, information technology is now able to take a leading role in helping the Unipart business meet its strategic aims.

Outsourcing its IT support functions (hotline, desktop and software support), has enabled GIAT Industries to focus on its core business. The industrialised services platform opened in Roanne (central France) in the scope of this contract is also a good opportunity to create jobs in the region.

This world-leading manufacturer of precision machine-tools initiated a new IT sourcing approach, enabling cost effectiveness through the implementation of a cost model based on the rate of activity. The IT infrastructure and SAP servers are jointly managed with the client. This flexible service model is fully aligned with the business goals of the group, which is currently reaping the financial benefits of its strategy.
