With the dematerialization of paper documents, sending of documents must ensure that security measures are correctly set:- Authenticity: no possibility to substitute for the sender

On this basis, Steria is proud to propose its solution S.P.E.E.D. (Secure Platform for the Exchange of Electronic Documents).

Authentication is provided either through his internet access and appropriate credentials.
The receiver(s) will receive a notification that a message is available for him. By using his credentials he can go and watch or retrieve and open the document.
This whole process is traced in the finest details (user, time-in, transaction (post, view, retrieve, …), file sizes, time-out) so that afterwards, any transaction can be audited.
Besides that, S.P.E.E.D. offers a highly developed logical partitioning of the user population with access control. This allows the creation of “groups” and exchange zones within these groups. Every user has well defined access rights (write, read, administration …) to a specific zone.
This promotes the easy exchange of documents within workgroups and across subsidiaries.
